We collect names, credit card information, and addresses of our customers for the purpose of facilitating our waste services. Your data will be handled confidentially and securely, in compliance with data protection laws in the United Kingdom.

Payment

All payments must be made upfront through Stripe, our online payment system. Once a payment is processed, the loft conversions services will be confirmed. All sales are final and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise specified.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of any equipment hired from Deluxe Lofts. Failure to adhere to safety standards may result in termination of services and additional charges.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any service provided with immediate effect, without liability, under circumstances that include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Deluxe Lofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if Deluxe Lofts has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
